Take advantage of a complimentary 15-30 minute coaching session to get acquainted and see if personal coaching might be right for you. All sessions are confidential and can be successful only if you feel comfortable and confident in your relationship with your coach.

If initial session is conducted over the phone, be sure to dedicate time when you can offer focus without disctraction, in an area of your home where you are most relaxed. Taking this approach will allow you to fully experience the dynamics of the coaching session.
